Close your eyes and keep your mind wide open

I was today years old when I finally told the worst person who ever was a part of my life that I didn’t want to have any form of contact with her from now on. And you know what? I’m 28 years old, and I think it’s freaking crazy that I have waited so long (though there were circumstances before).

My wise advice to you today would be: DO NOT HESITATE. If you feel in your gut that you have to cut ties with someone: freaking do it.

Trust your instincts, prioritize your well-being, and don’t hesitate to distance yourself from toxic individuals. It’s never too late to prioritize your own mental and emotional health.

Take care of yourself always.
